Tekran product support and service is separated into two distinct groups. The first group is laboratory and ambient air products along with natural gas and worker exposure products, and the second service group is focused on Hg CEM industrial emissions products. Both groups offer services unique to their related industry. To keep response times to a minimum, Tekran maintains separate contact numbers for each group. Tekran^® offers a range of services to support our products. Tekran^® offers calibration and recertification services for all our instrumentation. We also are capable of performing site audits or field sampling services for specialized projects.

Training

Both our Toronto location and our Knoxville-based service center each provide training for the respective areas of focus. Each group is also able to accommodate on-site training and installation. We’ll customize a training plan to fit your needs.
