Instrument Return For Repair
If it is necessary to return an instrument for repair, you must first obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form from Tekran®. Ship your instrument to your Tekran® service center along with the RMA form. For international shipments, additional customs paperwork is required – see below for instructions.
